This package is for the couples who have everything in place.  A Magical Day allows you to simply be present in the moments of your wedding day while we make sure everything goes according to your vision.  "Day of" is a misleading term because our services start well before the wedding day. ​

Package includes:

• One Face to Face pre-wedding planning meeting

• Finalization and submission of  the final guest count to vendors

• Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal (with Officiate - 1 hour)

• Final Collection of Wedding items at Rehearsal (e.g., candles, guest book, wedding favors ,toasting glasses, programs, etc.)

• Oversee all Vendor operations

• A very precise timeline (provided to bride week of wedding)

• Delivery of timeline to all vendors and members of wedding party 

• Ceremony and Reception set-up based on your vision

• Assistance with handing out wedding flowers, corsages, pinning boutonnieres, etc.

• Placement of wedding party members for walking down the aisle, including ensuring flowers are held correctly

• Coordination and placement of Family Members for Photographer

• Confirm final set-up of reception area as planned, including candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc. 

• Ensure day runs on schedule according to the timeline

• Distribution of final payment and gratuities, as needed

• Coordination and delivery of wedding gifts to a prearranged spot

• Unlimited phone, email and text

• One assistant coordinator, as needed
